Terms of Service

Effective date: May 4, 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Stack Slip you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Stack Slip.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the product complies with applicable laws and regulations.

3. Accounts & security

You sign in with your Google account. Keep your credentials secure and notify us of any unauthorized access.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information stored in your workspace (clients, products, packing slips).

4. Use of the service

Stack Slip is designed for small manufacturers to create, print, and share packing slips quickly.

Do not misuse the service by attempting to break security, reverse-engineer, or overload our systems.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or abuse the platform.

5. Data ownership & privacy

You own the data you add—clients, products, photos, and packing slips.

We only use your data to operate the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You can export key records (clients and products via CSV) and request account deletion anytime through Settings.

6. Payments & subscriptions

Stack Slip offers a Free plan and paid plans (Pro at $19.99/month or $182.40/year; Team at $49/month or $470.40/year). Prices are in USD.

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. You may cancel at any time from Settings → Plan. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.

We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 14 days' notice to existing subscribers.

7. Disclaimers

Stack Slip is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.

8. Documentation tool — not a legal custodian

Stack Slip is a documentation tool. Photos, timestamps, and packing slip records are provided to help you document shipments. They do not constitute legal evidence and we make no guarantee of admissibility in any court, arbitration, or dispute resolution process in any jurisdiction.

You are responsible for ensuring that all handoff steps (shipper, carrier, and receiver photos) are completed by the relevant parties. An incomplete chain of photos is the responsibility of the user, not Stack Slip.

Stack Slip is not a legal custodian of your goods or records. Use of the phrase 'chain of custody' refers to a documentation workflow, not a fiduciary or legal obligation on our part.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to Stack Slip will not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Data retention

Free plan: packing slip records and photos are retained for 1 year from the date of creation. After 1 year, records may be permanently deleted.

Pro plan: records are retained for 3 years from the date of creation.

Team plan: records are retained for 5 years from the date of creation.

You are responsible for exporting any records you wish to keep beyond the retention period. Stack Slip is not liable for loss of data after the applicable retention period has elapsed.

11. Termination

You may stop using Stack Slip at any time. You can also delete your account (and all associated data) from the Settings page.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the platform.
