Terms of Service

By accessing or using StackSlip you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use StackSlip.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the product complies with applicable laws and regulations.

You sign in with your Google account. Keep your credentials secure and notify us of any unauthorized access.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information stored in your workspace (clients, products, packing slips).

StackSlip is designed for small manufacturers to create, print, and share packing slips quickly.

Do not misuse the service by attempting to break security, reverse-engineer, or overload our systems.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or abuse the platform.

You own the data you add—clients, products, photos, and packing slips.

We only use your data to operate the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You can export key records (clients and products via CSV) and request account deletion anytime through Settings.

StackSlip is currently free during beta. When pricing tiers launch, we’ll publish new terms before any charges apply.

StackSlip is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to StackSlip will not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim (currently $0 while in beta).

You may stop using StackSlip at any time. You can also delete your account (and all associated data) from the Settings page.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the platform.
