We'll notify all users at least 14 days before enforcing any limits. If you're using more than 3 clients, you'll have a grace period to either upgrade to Pro or adjust your client list.
In a real warehouse or shop, anyone might load a truck or hand off a package on a given day. We don't think you should pay per seat for dock workers — the value is in your client relationships and audit trail, not headcount.

You can cancel anytime from your Settings page. Your access continues until the end of your billing period.
We plan to offer a subscription pause option so you can hold your plan during off-season without losing your data or cancelling outright.
