What happens if I outgrow the Free plan?

We'll notify you if you approach or exceed Free limits. You can upgrade to Pro in the app (Stripe Checkout) for higher client limits and Pro features, or reduce clients to stay on Free.

Why unlimited team members on Pro?

In a real warehouse or shop, anyone might load a truck or hand off a package on a given day. We don't think you should pay per seat for dock workers — the value is in your client relationships and audit trail, not headcount.

Can I subscribe to Pro now?

Yes — use the Pro buttons above (sign in required). You'll complete checkout in Stripe and return here when done.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime from your Settings page. Your access continues until the end of your billing period.

What if I ship seasonally and don't need Pro year-round?

We plan to offer a subscription pause option so you can hold your plan during off-season without losing your data or cancelling outright.
