Your proof isn't affected. The photos you took while loading — timestamped, dated, permanently attached to the slip — are your record of exactly what left your dock. That exists entirely within your control. The carrier's name is recorded by you, not by the driver. If the receiver confirms and adds their own photos, the chain gets stronger. But their participation is optional. They can add to your record. They cannot take away from it.
